Catching Up With Jena Kravitz

Posted by Rodan + Fields on Tuesday, May 7th, 2019

Since we last spoke with Jena, she’s continued to thoroughly enjoy the comfortable balance she has created between working as a neuropsychologist, spending time with her kids and running a thriving R+F business. Now as an RFX Circle Leader, her objectives for 2019 are more focused than ever on leadership development and maintaining a positive team culture. “When your team gets to be this large, it’s important to look at the growth of the different teams within your organization and lend your help wherever you can.”

Grateful for the many successes she has experienced, her R+F business has also rewarded Jena with the ability to have more control over her own future. “The success of my business has gifted me the freedom to choose how I want to spend my time. And so, I’ve chosen to spend it investing in the legacy I’m creating with my kids and the legacy my friends and business partners are building for themselves.”

Her Advice:
“If you’re reading and thinking about joining the business, it’s better to try than to live with the ‘what if’ for the rest of your life. The success I’ve experienced didn’t happen overnight, it took years to build. One thing I tell new Consultants is that people tend to overestimate how much they’re going to earn in the first year of business and that they underestimate what they’re going to earn in the years after. Really when the magic happens, is after the second year.”
